Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?

Express Delivery: £4.99
Free Delivery: Available on orders over £70
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How do I start a return?

Is there a return shipping fee?
A £2.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
How do your products fit?
Most of our garments are designed with a relaxed or oversized fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
What materials are used?
Our products are crafted using carefully selected fabrics to ensure comfort, durability, and premium quality. Material details are listed on individual product pages.
Are your products unisex?
Many of our designs feature versatile silhouettes suitable for all genders. Product descriptions will specify fit details where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure payment options available at checkout through Shopify and trusted payment providers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed securely by Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your details more easily.
