Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
Free from stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Underwear
Items marked as final sale
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A £0.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund, unless:
The item arrived damaged, or
The incorrect item was sent
We recommend using a tracked postal service. CaliCalled is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Eligible claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
