All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by up to one additional business day.

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

We ship using trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, depending on availability.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

    • Courier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Peak shopping periods
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Calicalled is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at checkout.

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

    • Checking with neighbours or designated safe places
    • Contacting the courier directly

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Calicalled is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
